To Dream - Memorial to MacGregor​

In memory of McGregor Wofford College, Spartanburg, SC. (24'6 x 9'6) The painting is housed in the Roger Milliken Science Center. Continuous oil painting; her parents commissioned the work to reflect upon her thoughts and what she was inspired to become in life. She was disturbed by the heartache and the despair of our troubled world. We wanted a painting to uplift and draw us into the work on deeper levels of viewing. The painting can be viewed from 40 feet; you can walk right up and around it. Creating a beautiful, natural world centered around a strong, young woman drifting into a dream. The beautiful accident is with perspective. She faces you from every angle and approaches you, no matter where you stand.
